Flex Removable Teeth – Custom Flexible Solution for Missing Teeth

Flex Removable Teeth are custom-made, removable dental appliances with a flexible structure, designed to aesthetically replace 1, 2, 3 or up to 4 adjacent missing teeth.

Each appliance is individually created according to the patient’s oral anatomy and digital scan data. It is designed to gain retention from the existing teeth and fit securely in the mouth.

Its semi-transparent, gum-colored flexible structure is designed to provide a natural and discreet appearance.

Who Is It Suitable For?

Flex Removable Teeth may be suitable for people who:

  • Have 1, 2, 3 or up to 4 adjacent missing teeth
  • Want to aesthetically fill a missing-tooth area
  • Prefer a removable solution
  • Have a sufficient number of healthy supporting teeth around the missing area
  • Are considering a removable alternative to implants or fixed bridges

Suitability depends on the location of the missing teeth, the condition of the supporting teeth, the bite relationship, and the overall oral structure.

Custom-Made Using Digital Impressions

Flex Removable Teeth are not produced in standard sizes.

Before production, the following digital records are required:

  • Upper arch scan
  • Lower arch scan
  • Bite / occlusion record

These are captured digitally using an intraoral scanner.

The DentifyLab design team uses this data to create a custom digital design based on your individual oral anatomy.

If you already have a suitable digital scan, we can work with STL, PLY, or OBJ files.

Don’t Have a Digital Intraoral Scan?

If you do not already have a digital scan, after placing your order we can refer you to an available DentifyLab scanning partner clinic in your area.

Your digital intraoral scan will be performed free of charge at our partner clinic.

Once the scan is completed, the digital files are sent to DentifyLab for use in the design process.

Natural Appearance

The flexible section of the appliance is designed in a semi-transparent shade close to the natural color of the gums.

The aim is to create a discreet appearance that blends as naturally as possible with the surrounding tissues and existing teeth.

The shape and appearance of the replacement teeth are customized according to your digital scan data and oral anatomy.

How Is It Used?

Flex Removable Teeth are not fixed restorations.

They can be inserted and removed by the user.

The appliance is designed to gain support and retention from the existing teeth around the missing-tooth area.

For this reason, a sufficient number of healthy and properly positioned supporting teeth is important.

How Many Missing Teeth Can It Replace?

Flex Removable Teeth can be designed for up to 4 adjacent missing teeth.

For example, cases involving 1, 2, 3 or 4 missing teeth next to each other may be evaluated.

Cases involving more than 4 adjacent missing teeth may not be suitable for this product.

Final suitability is determined after the digital intraoral scan has been reviewed by the DentifyLab design team.

Who May Not Be Suitable?

A dental evaluation is recommended before ordering if you have any of the following:

  • Active tooth decay
  • Gum disease or infection
  • Severely mobile teeth
  • Loose crowns or fillings
  • Insufficient supporting teeth around the missing area
  • Recent tooth extraction
  • Ongoing gum or oral surgery treatment
  • Advanced dental conditions that may affect retention or fit

What Is the Difference Between Flex Removable Teeth and Snap-On Smile?

Snap-On Smile / Removable Teeth are designed to fit over existing teeth in order to change the overall appearance of the teeth and smile.

Flex Removable Teeth, on the other hand, are specifically designed to replace the appearance of 1–4 completely missing adjacent teeth.

In short:

Snap-On Smile → covers and changes the appearance of existing teeth.

Flex Removable Teeth → fills a missing-tooth area.

Important Information

Flex Removable Teeth are custom-made removable dental appliances.

They are not a substitute for dental implants, fixed bridges, crowns, or any other necessary dental treatment.

If you have an active oral health problem, we recommend having your condition evaluated by a dentist before using the appliance.

NOTE: Final suitability for production is confirmed only after your digital intraoral scan has been reviewed. The position of the missing teeth, the condition of the supporting teeth, and the bite relationship must be suitable for the appliance.
